Edwardian Inlaid Mahogany Envelope Card Table

A good quality antique Edwardian inlaid mahogany envelope card table or games tables by ‘J. Hunter & Co.’ of Manchester. The card table has a square shaped top that opens like an envelope and then twists on the base to be supported from beneath. The playing surface has a red baize. The card table has a single fitted drawer with two brass handles and is raised on square tapering legs with castors. The table has decorative inlaid detail throughout. A particularly good example that possesses an obvious quality.

CONDITION REPORT:

In good antique condition throughout with some signs of age. There is surface wear in places including age-related marks and staining to the top surface (pictured). The card table remains structurally solid and sound with the fold out leaves remaining in good condition. A good example of its kind.

In case of return, items must be received back in the same condition as delivered and a collection fee of £85 will apply, this would be deducted from any refund amount.
