Description

An exceptional large scale early 19th century French glazed Bibliothèque cabinet.

Demonstrating original paint, which has worn wonderfully over the years creating a lovely warm patina. The upper section displays four large glazed doors, retaining original hand blown glass featuring heaps of charming irregularities. The interior houses six adjustable shelves, demonstrating a lovely soft original blue paint to the interior.

Raised on a plinth base comprising of a bank of drawers varying in size. A striking design displaying a great scale and lovely proportions that would work wonderfully in a kitchen or make a statement to any interior!

This piece comes apart into two sections for ease of transport.
