Description

Lovely pair of early 20th century Staffordshire Pottery mantle cats, found unusually in a striking blue and white - with white coats decorated with blue flowers on their backs and legs, each sporting a copper lustre bow and with bright yellow eyes.
Each cat ( a boy and a girl) stands 20cm tall, 14cm wide and 10cm deep and has free standing legs rather than modelled on a base or cushion.
They are both in a good 'used' condition with no chips or cracks, but with some gentle surface wear to the paintwork consistent with their age, mainly to the blue flowers and bows - please have a look at the photographs to see them both in detail.
They're such a lovely pair with really sweet faces and would be a great addition to any home.
