Description

A decorative antique carved and grey painted fire screen with silk panel dating from circa 1910. Featuring an egg and dart carved oblong frame on splayed, scrolling legs, and enclosing a silk panel of a women in a hat behind a glass panel with brass carry handle to the top. In a lovely original faded and worn grey paint.

Construction/Wood:

Painted pine

Condition Report:

Frame solid and sturdy. Silk panel is frayed and worn. Wear and marks commensurate with age.
