Japanese vintage kamakura-bori wooden tray depicting a noh mask and fan. Signed in raden (mother-of-pearl) Okinazu. Measures 30cm in diameter by 2.5cm.
Kamakura-bori is a form of lacquerware from Kamakura, Japan, made made by carving patterns in wood, then lacquering it with layers of colour and polishing.
Lovely condition and patina.
