For sale, this rare BR-W (British Rail Western) issued railway clock, by F W Elliott, no BR-W 5237, dating circa 1955. This clock is fully stamped to the case front and back with matching numbers. The unsinged dial is in excellent unrestored condition but showing some wear due to a working life, original stylized hand set. These small Elliott’s are known to have been used at the Swindon works offices and lecture halls along with signal boxes throughout the BRW region. Seldom found in this type of good condition. Size Front bezel 16cm diameter, back plate 23.5cm diameter and approx. 6cm deep excluding front glass. Seldom encountered in this type of condition.
