A Superb French Boulle Centre Table

19th century
Description

A superb French boulle centre table. The top of serpentine outline with finely engraved and cut brass detail to the red tortoise shell ground, with an ebonised border and ormolu moulding. The front having a concealed mahogany lined drawer with an ormolu mask and raised on cabriole supports with caryatid ormolu mounts and sabots. French circa 1880, in excellent original condition throughout.

Dimensions: 59" wide x 36" deep x 29" high
