Description

An Edwardian French brass cased striking carriage clock. A brass case with an enamel dial with Roman numerals and blued steel hands. A fluted carrying handle and side case columns. Dentil blockwork to the case top and base. An 8-day duration mechanism striking the hours and 1/2 hours on a gong. A lever escapement. Circa 1910.
