Pair of Antique Swedish Leather Armchairs

1900 - 1920
Description

A gorgeous pair of antique Swedish buttoned leather armchairs. These were recently imported from Sweden & I would date them from around the 1910-20’s.

These chairs are of superb quality, with a very solid yet elegant build. They are of lovely proportions, comfortable and supportive yet not too imposing. They sit on solid birch tapered legs.

We have recently had the leather revived and hand coloured by our leather restorer. The condition is excellent for their age, with just some minor surface wear here and there to the leather.

Height – 27 inches , 69 cm

Seat height – 15 inches , 39 cm
