Antique late-19th Century Victorian novelty solid silver & glass champagne bottle shaped decanter, with glass stoppers. Hallmarked English silver (925 standard), Birmingham, year 1888 (D), Maker M&S.L (Moritz & Simon Lotheim). It is easy to imagine the appeal behind this objects which would have made wonderful items to wow the guests, making a fantastic conversation piece and wonderful as part of a collection of barware in the modern home.
