Description

These are absolutely super.

The silver owl ends go over the ends of the four needles.

Each owl is hallmarked for Birmingham 1917 makers mark John Price Hunt.

The fabric covering which goes over the elastic is original, the elastic has been replaced as the original would have deteriorated with age.

The needles are steel. The owls pull off each end on the elastic so that the needles can be taken out and put back in.

There is minimal wear to the owl decoration. This really is a rare item.

Each owl is 4.5 cm long 1.5 cm wide and 1 cm deep
