This stunning silver plated Champagne / wine bucket which is made by renowned French silversmith Christofle dates from the mid 20th century and is of excellent quality.

This wine cooler is the Ormesson model from Christofle's Gallia collection, has two stylish shell design side handles, is a good heavy weight and the silver plate is in excellent condition.

A beautiful wine cooler by a top maker that will make a very nice addition to a barware collection and will also look stunning on display.

Marks: Marked to base with the maker's marks for Christofle: Christofle France, The Christofle Chess piece OC mark.

Dimensions: Diameter: 19 cm (7 1/2"). Diameter including handles: 25 cm (9 3/4"). Height: 23 cm (9").

Weight: 1814 grams.

Condition: Excellent vintage condition with only light signs of use in keeping with age. Silver plate in very good condition with only some light surface scratches. The inside is clean with a few marks to the base.
