Description

A French brass cased striking carriage clock. A smaller proportioned brass case with an enamel dial with Roman numerals and blued steel hands. Signed to the dial by retailer 'Botley & Lewis, Reading'. An 8-day duration mechanism striking the hours and 1/2 hours on a gong. A lever escapement. Circa 1895
