Extremely Rare Japanese Edo (18thC) hand-painted porcelain writing box (suzuri-bako) with Genroku Ko-Imari Kinsai Beauty painting and floral decoration. It is very rare to find an intact porcelain suzuri-bako, although missing its inkstone and water dropper. Measures 27cm x 14cm x 9cm high.
Excellent unmarked original condition.
