Description

Gents Omega wrist watch, 1965.

The watch has the calibre 601 17-jewel (adjusted in 2 positions) hand-winding movement which is working nicely. The movement is fully signed and the serial number, 22,003,794 dates it back to 1965.

The watch measures 34mm diameter excluding the winding crown and the lugs. The case is stainless steel and it is in good condition with light surface marking, nothing too serious at all. The inside of the case back has the Omega logo and the case reference 131.019 which is correct for the 601 movement. Later plain winding crown.

The lens is in good condition.

The signed dial has even age related marking across it. Original hands and seconds sweep.

A new leather strap has been fitted.

The watch comes in a new presentation box.
