Fine 19th Century Wirework Silver Plated Egg Cruet

Description

A very fine wirework silver plated egg cruet. Dating to c1840-1860 and comprising of a wirework rack, six egg cups and a pair of condiment shakers. The piece bears no makers marks.

The condition is very good with no splits or dents and virtually no plate wear. Very small instances of age related wear.

Total weight approx 818g.

Rack - height approx 13cm. Measures approx 20cm x 15.5cm.

Egg Cup - height approx 6.5cm

Shaker - height approx 8cm.
