It is hallmarked for Birmingham1895, with the maker''s mark for Cornelius Desormeaux Saunders & James Francis Hollings (Frank) Shepherd. The original cushions, possibly cork, have faded and are flaking away in places. Nonetheless, a relatively rare collector''s item.
