We are delighted to offer this lovely Vintage 18K gold ruby necklace (chain is included and is also 18K solid gold).

The pendant features a latticework design with 8 finely set rubies all faceted and forming a heart shape. The 'ball' of the pendant features 3 small diamonds to accentuate the gold-tone and red rubies underneath.

The fine chain in 18K gold is made well with a silky finish that is comfortable to wear.
