Pinefinders has dated this piece to the 19th Century.
The original lock and key are in good working order. The French external hinges allow the doors to open fully. Inside there are two shelves.
The upper section is supported and stood on two elegant turned columns.
The base section has two drawers both with old metal knob handles, above a cupboard with a single shelf inside. The cupboard doors have the panels to match the trim on the upper glazed doors.
The dresser is stood on wide flat bun feet.
An impressive piece of furniture, which has recently been stripped exposing a very clean and tidy bare wood. It is not ready for waxing or painting.
The top and base separate for access and delivery.
