Mint Solid 18ct Rose Gold Omega Constellation 1968

1940 - 1960
Description

Outstanding Omega Constellation gents wristwatch.

This is an incredible example of a gents classic wristwatch made by the world renowned premier Swiss maker Omega.

The watch is the Solid 18ct rose gold Omega Constellation automatic with chronometer grade calibre 564 movement, 24 jewels, adjusted to five positions and temperature - as you can see it is in fabulous condition.

Everything about this watch is original, it has a starburst dial with date which is in mint unblemished original condition it has not been restored or retouched in any way. It has rose gilt and black hands with a centre seconds hand and baton markers, the glass is a new genuine Omega item and it still retains the rose gold inner bezel which has been obsolete for over 30 years.

It has the Constellation observatory symbol embellished on the back of the case which is bright and crisp and the Omega symbol on the crown.

The movement has just been serviced and is running within original Omega specification.

The case graining and polished surfaves are perfect

As you would expect the watch is fully marked on the dial, movement and case.

It comes complete with a new premium quality black leather strap with rose gold Omega buckle and its original Omega box.

The watch case is slightly oversize and measures 35mm in diameter not including the crown.

This is an extremely rare watch and would have been the most expensive watch in the Omega catalogue in 1968, its clearly has been seldom worn.

Overall this watch is in mint original condition and an absolute must for Omega collectors.

The watch has been fully serviced by and is guaranteed to be a genuine Omega in all respects. It has been professionally overhauled, the process is highly detailed and meticulous and the watch is running just as it did when it first left the factory
