An Unusual Edwardian Novelty Silver Card Tray

An unusual novelty silver waiter or card tray, dating from the elegant Edwardian era. This charming example is of good gauge silver and is formed to resemble a tea tray. The body is oval with a raised gallery rim and twin cast handles. To the centre is the popular motif of an embossed conch shell. A lovely collector's piece, with a practical use. Dimensions below.

Condition :- Excellent, with no dents or splits. There is a small knock beside the shell motif, commensurate with age and use.
