Lancaster Antiques has dated this piece to the Victorian era.
They measure 25cm in height, the bases are approximately 12.5cm at the widest part, and they take candles of just over 2cm in diameter.
There are different flowers decorating the bases and there's no signs of damage or repair on either. Both have a blue felt cover on the bottom - see photo 6. and each one weighs about 0.3kgs.
