This rare chair features a square top rail with Scrolled carving, Tripple turned back spindles above a carved lower rail which finishes to typical Victorian slender front turned legs. This hall chair has an ecclesiastical or chapel style and may have been made for a church, chapel or vicarage originally. This chair features a handmade (not original) tapestry seat covering made at a later stage of the chairs life which is in a good clean condition from a smoke-free home. This solid chair is in a lovely original condition which we have just enhanced by carefully waxing this item to preserve and give a natural sheen.

Please note; This item is in a lovely condition for its age as shown by the photographs below, however being an antique item of this age there may be minor blemishes here and there which we feel adds to its charm and character.
