The circular bowl decorated with entwined leaves in reserves flanking a central vacant reserve, against a background of surrounding scrolling leaves and hare bells. The mug standing on a waisted and ringed socle, spreading to the circular foot, finished with a beaded rim.
Hallmarked for Arthur Sibley, London 1867.
