Antique Edwardian Regency Mahogany Wardrobe Press C 1900

Antique Edwardian Mahogany Wardrobe Press in the Regency Style and dating from around 1900. Constructed from quality mahogany it has a moulded cornice top with Greek key moulding and crossbanded frieze. There are two moulded panelled doors with carved spanderalls to each corner and with original turned mahogany handle. Internally it is all hanging with brass rail and with a mirror to the back of one door. To the base there are two short drawers over one long drawer all of which are oak lined with original turned mahogany knob handles. It is raised on splayed bracket feet joined by a shaped frieze. The top removes from the base for ease of transporting.

MEASURES: 78.5” HIGH X 20” DEEP X 45.5” WIDE & internal depth 17.5”

With a lovely deep colour and patination and oozing all the charm and character of the period. Our furniture is cleaned and polished using traditional waxing methods.
