Description

An Edwardian mahogany bookcase c1900 with three adjustable shelves. The bookcase is made of mahogany with a pleasing colour. It stands on a plinth base. There are three loose internal shelves which can be placed at adjustable heights on the ratcheted struts at each corner. The bookcase has decorative chevron line inlay on the front parts - along the frieze under the top, the fronts of each shelf, along the base and in double lines down each front side. A pleasing and useful piece of furniture.
