You'll be hard pressed to find another ring which glitters and shines as much as this stunning Victorian beauty!

Designed in navette or marquise style, the substantial ring showcases five old-cut oval cushion shaped rubies - fabulous deep pink stones with slightly varying hue and tone - and has the kind of amazing antique character which you just don't find with modern items.

The rubies graduate in size from 3mm wide at the ends to 5mm in the centre, collectively weighing in at well over a carat. From observation under magnification we believe the rubies to be natural but they have not been lab-tested to confirm.

The rubies are framed by 19 sparkling diamonds; being early hand-worked stones, each is unique in shape and character and measures approx 2.5mm.

Marked 18CT inside the shank.

The ring is in excellent antique condition and comes with the antique box pictured, which is quite valuable in itself.

Size: N (UK), approx 6.5 (US). The face of the ring measures 2.8 x 1cm (just over an inch tall) and it sits around 5mm above the finger.
