Description

A lovely two tier French occasional table with a piered gallery around the top of both levels which is enhanced by a lower gallery of swags. The mounts are are crisp castings and are all in place. Like much French furniture in walnut it has had some worm but we cannot see signs of life and have treated it anyway. The wood is in original clean condition and has the well detailed checker inlays again on both top surfaces. This is a superb item and in nice clean condition made we suggest in the 20s or 30s.
