CONDITION REPORT:
In good antique condition throughout with some signs of age. There is surface wear in places including age-related marks and scratches to the top and drawers fronts (pictured). There is shrinkage and splits to the sides and top (pictured). The antique Welsh oak cupboard has a couple of patch repairs to one of the drawer fronts (pictured). There is evidence of old historic woodworm to the back - this is long gone and has been fully treated as a precaution. The cupboard remains structurally solid and sound. Complete with working lock and key. Overall, a rather wonderful example of an antique oak Carmarthenshire Coffer.
