A beautiful curved corner cabinet, ideal for any period home.
This cabinet has obviously really been looked after as it's in a superb condition with its lovely original colour and French polished finish. The tall corner cabinet has a polished solid Mahogany moulded edged top going to a curved glazed locking cabinet door with scroll carvings to the corners finishing to corner bracket and turned feet. The cabinet features its original hand floated and curved glass and original working lock and key. Featuring 3 large curved shelves this cabinet is ideal for the storage and display of glasses and/or drinks or associated items.
This cabinet is a floor standing cabinet but ideally needs to be fixed to a wall because the door opening does unbalance the cabinet when opened.
We have sympathetically restored this item maintaining patina by just carefully waxing this item to enhance and preserve it for many years to come.
Please note; This item is in fantastic condition for its age as shown by the photographs below. Being an antique item of this age there are obviously marks, scratches and dents, however, we feel that these points are which adds to its charm and character to a piece.
