Pair Watercolours Dutch Scenes by Louis Van Staaten Circa 1900

Description

Fine pair watercolours of Dutch canal scenes (Enkhausen & Dordrecht) by well known Dutch artist Louis van Staaten 1836-1909 who worked around the turn of the century. He was a member of the Koekkoek family of painters and this was a pseudonym he used, All in lovely condition with no fading or damage and recently re-mounted and framed using top quality swept frames. Exhibited RA 3 works. These are very typical examples of his work.

Size; 18" high, 22" wide, 2" deep. Picture size 16" x 12"
