Antique Mahogany Drop Leaf Dining Table

An attractive 18th century mahogany drop leaf dining table. The antique mahogany drop leaf table has a rectangular shaped top with a drop leaf to either side, that when extended creates an oval shaped surface top. The antique mahogany drop leaf table is raised on four tapering legs with pad feet, two being gatelegs. A particularly well proportioned, good quality sized dining table with a rich colour throughout. Maker’s label to the gateleg.

CONDITION REPORT:

In good antique condition throughout with some signs of age. There is surface wear in places including age-related marks, scratches, stains and fading to the surface top and drop leaves (pictured). The antique mahogany drop leaf table remains structurally solid and sound, with the gatelegs working well. Overall, a good example of its kind.
