Antique Oak Washstand with Drawer

An unusual 19th century antique oak washstand. The antique oak washstand has a three quarter gallery with shaped sides. There is a circular cut out for a washstand bowl and jug. The washstand is raised on decorative turned legs. There is an under-tier shelf and single fitted drawer to the mid section. An attractive example.

CONDITION REPORT:

In good antique condition throughout with some signs of age. There is surface wear in places including age-related marks, scratches and staining to surface top (pictured). There is evidence of old historic woodworm in places - this is long gone and has been fully treated as a precaution. The antique oak washstand remains structurally solid and sound with the drawer running well. A good example with an undeniable charm.
