Description

This is an excellent cabinet. 36 fine mahogany drawers with ebonised knobs affording very useful depth for collectors of all manner of items. This cabinet was made circa 1880 and the panelled english oak carcass contains 36 very well made drawers. All the drawers have been side lined with white acid free cartridge paper and base lined with new clean plastazote rendering it absolutely ready for service.

Originally designed for the protection and display of a british butterfly collection it will now lend itself to a multitude of collecting pursuits. For the entomologist it does have the advantage of extra deep drawers so will easily accommodate the larger orders.

A superb cabinet with excellent provenance. Delivery can be arranged and all questions are welcome.
