Antique Victorian Mahogany Chest of Drawers

Description

An excellent antique Victorian chest of drawers in mahogany, dating from around the 1860-1880 period.

This is of fantastic quality, it very well built and has lots of storage space. The lower drawer is built into the plinth base, so is extra deep. This has wonderful turned mahogany handles and a a solid mahogany top. There are original brass escutcheons and the drawers all have solid wood internal construction, with fine hand cut dovetailed joints.

We have recently had this re-polished to a very high standard, the condition is excellent for its age.

Height – 41 inches , 104 cm
