Fantastically decorative antique Turkish carpet made near Oushak. A finer relative of their more well known cousins, this exceptional large carpet has a delicate pale green background with a very pale ochre border, lashings of cream and highlights of orangey-red. In excellent condition with soft, silky wool, there are some acceptable old repairs.
