Antique Burr Walnut Triple Breakfront Wardrobe C1880

Antique Burr Walnut Triple BREAKFRONT Wardrobe and dating from around 1880. Constructed from quality burr walnut it has a flared cornice top over a crossbanded frieze and a full length mirrored door to the BREAKFRONT centre flanked on either side by a full length panelled door with original brass handles. There are reeded columns to each side of the doors. Internally and to the centre there is a hanging rail and a sliding mahogany tray drawer over three graduating drawers with original brass handles. To each side it is all hanging with a sliding tray drawer over a shoe box to the base of one side. The whole is raised on a deep plinth base and it separates for ease of transporting. A superb quality wardrobe.

With a lovely deep colour and patination and oozing all the charm and character of the period. Our furniture is cleaned and polished using traditional waxing methods.
