Antique Oak Carved Coffer

An antique 18th century carved oak coffer. The antique carved oak coffer has a three panel hinged lid (retaining its original hinges) that opens to reveal a spacious interior, with a candle box to the right hand side. The antique oak coffer has a three panel front with decorative carved detail and is raised on shaped sides.

Height – 62.5cm / Width – 127cm / Depth – 48.5cm

CONDITION REPORT:

In well-worn antique condition throughout with some signs of age. There is surface wear in places including age-related marks, scratches and splits to the lid, front back and sides (pictured). There is also a minor loss to the lid’s front corner (pictured). There is evidence of historic woodworm, however this is now long gone and has been fully treated as a precaution. The antique carved oak coffer remains structurally solid and sound. Overall, a good example.

In case of return, items must be received back in the same condition as delivered and a collection fee of £85 will apply, this would be deducted from any refund amount.
