A Harlequin Set of 6 Irish Silver Dessert Forks

A harlequin or composite set of six Irish silver dessert forks, dating from the mid 19th Century. These are an attractive matched set in sought after fiddle pattern. The forks have various monograms and comprise two pairs and two singles. Of all the main dinner service components, dessert forks are always sought after, as they appear to have survived in fewer numbers. In addition to this, them being Irish silver is an added bonus. Hallmarks :- Clear and readable.

Dates :- Dublin, 1808, 1835, 1842 and 1855.

Width :- 2.3 cms.

Depth :- 1 cm.
