Description
An incredible, antique, marquise-shaped cluster ring, set with three cushion-shaped deep blue sapphires, surrounded by 18 old-cut diamonds, claw set, with split shoulders mounted in 18ct yellow gold.
A truly special Victorian era piece that has been well looked after over the years.
Hallmarked as 18ct gold, dated Birmingham 1898. With a foreign mark to the outside of the shank (shown in the last photo).
The face of the ring measures approximately 26 x 10.7mm.
The approximate weight is 5.9 grams.
Ring size M ½ (UK) or 6 ¼ (US) - this ring can be adjusted in size in our workshop. Please get in touch to discuss sizing options and lead time. For UK to US ring size conversions we use www.ringsizes.co as our reference chart.
CONDITION: In very good antique condition, with some wear commensurate with age. The sapphires show some wear including light scuffs and scratches.
