A fabulous and rare pair of candlesticks made from silverplate made by the well renowned silversmith, Albert Edward Jones for the stylish top-notch London retailer, Liberty and Co.
 
''A piece of silverwork, to be really interesting, must be endued with a Spirit of Art.'' A. E. Jones 1906
 
The pair has just returned from our silversmith''s workshop where they have been professionally cleaned and polished, restoring them to their former glory. Mid-Century Modern in era, dating to c.1950 / 1960.
 
They are fully marked, one marked ''A Edward Jones Ltd. / Silver Plated'' and the other ''L & Co. / Made In England / Silver Plated''.
 
Excellent condition measuring 3 3/4'' in diameter x 2 1/4'' tall.
