Burr Walnut Serpentine Fronted Desk

1900 - 1920
Description

A charming burr walnut serpentine fronted desk in the queen Anne style. Well constructed in solid walnut with attractive burr walnut veneers and oak drawer linings. Of serpentine form and with an arrangement of 9 drawers. The top is cross banded and the drawers fitted with their original solid brass handles. The central drawer is lockable (key supplied). All standing on squat cabriole legs with carved shell motifs to the knees. Cleaned and waxed in our workshops and now offered for sale in excellent condition, with a great colour and patina, ready to go straight into the home or office.
