Description

A fine example of an Antique Horse's Hoof with a silver mount and silver shoe. The top is engraved "Rosina Copper. Age 42 Years. Died August 15 1958". It has come with provenance directly from the family who owned the horse and comes with an original photo and a first edition of the book written about the horse.

It is in very good condition for its age and displays well. The hoof is a good size with a nice patina and shine. The mounts are in good condition with just some small dinks and surface mark but nothing detrimental. There are no silver hallmarks but the mounts have been tested as silver.

The best description comes from the photos so please look at them all carefully and if you have any questions just ask.
