Antique Oak Arts & Crafts Rocking Chair

A unique and unusual oak Arts & Crafts rocking chair or armchair. The rocking chair has a central splat with turned spindles to the backrest and shaped arms with turned spindle supports. The solid oak seat has a shaped apron beneath. Raised on skid rockers. An unusual example with an incredibly appealing look.

CONDITION REPORT:

In good antique condition throughout with some signs of age. There is surface wear in places including age-related scratches (heavy) and marks to the seat (pictured). The Arts & Crafts rocking chair remains structurally solid and sound. There is staining in places including to the rocker base and three of the screw caps are missing where the arms meet the seat. Overall, an unusual but good example.

Our carpenter inspects, repairs, and restores our items, so you can have full confidence that what you buy from us is ready for your home!

In case of return, items must be received back in the same condition as delivered and a collection fee of £85 will apply, this would be deducted from any refund amount.
