Scottish Mahogany Longcase Clock Circa 1830

Description

Fine Scottish late Georgian mahogany longcase clock with circular dial and 8 day striking movement by Crole of Perth.The figured mahogany case inlaid with boxwood lines and with satinwood panel above truck door. The case is all in fine condition and the moment has recently been professionally overhauled and is in fully working order. Lovely rich colour to case with fine waxed patina. Comes with winding key.

Size; 84" high overall. 20" wide at hood and 9.5" deep.
