Victorian Folding Brass Fire Guard

Description

A charming antique Victorian brass folding fire guard dating from circa 1890. The brass frame has a fine mesh infill and it is decorated to the front with an attractive brass Fleur des Lys. It has a useful carry handle to the top and stands on elegant small turned brass feet. The side panels fold away on brass hinges making it easy to store when not in use.
