Description
A pair of large early 20th century gilt bronze or ormolu three branch wall sconces. The lights have three shaped arms that are supported by a lyre and ribbon designed wall bracket. The bracket is decorated with acanthus leaves, berries, griffon heads and a hanging garland of flowers to the top. The three lamp holding arms are reeded and decorated with acanthus. The sconces are excellent heavy quality, the ormolu is dulled with age. The lamp fittings have been re-wired and tested and have faux candlestick covers.
