An Edwardian mahogany and inlaid 4 door breakfront bookcase. The upper secton having a moulded and dentil cornice above the boxwood inlaid frieze. Below are 4 astragal glazed doors with conforming inlay and open to 3 adjustable mahogany and strung shelves.The lower section of conforming breakfront form having 6 cock beaded and inlaid drawers with oval back plate brass handles. Below are 4 doors, the central 2 doors having inlaid frames with panelled centres with further stringing and flanked by doors with satinwood and boxwood inlaid panels. The whole raised on 8 shaped bracket feet. Condition-Very good, with working locks and keys. Dimensions:- Height… 90''/ 229cm. Width…72.5''/ 184cm. Depth…18''/46cm.
