A solid sterling silver pin cushion, dating from the Edwardian era, in the shape of a pair of bellows.Hallmarked on the side for Birmingham 1906 with the maker''s mark for Ridley Brothers & Merton. The marks are a little worn but still discernible. The bellows have the original blue cushion, slightly faded at the edges. One side is set with a semi-precious hardstone boss. The ''handles'' have a hook for attaching to a chatelaine.
