Hingstons of Wilton has dated this piece to the Victorian era.
This exceptional Victorian inlaid walnut Sutherland table was made circa 1865.
You can use this table with one or both flaps up.

The cabinetmaker selected the best burr walnut on the top surface and then showed his skill in inlaying the fine patterns to the corners and the fine box stringing.
The base is of solid walnut, the carved turned end supports with the finely carved cabriole legs with castors under.

These Sutherland tables are fantastic as small dining tables or playing card games. They fold down into slim pieces that can be placed against a wall if required and can then be moved into place when needed. They also are great for a bay window or centre table usage.

Just imagine how versatile this Victorian inlaid walnut Sutherland table will be for you.
87cms wide 34ins
73cms high 28 3/4ins
103cms deep 40 1/2ins with leaves up
All dimensions are approximate, whilst we take as much care as possible, we can be marginally out.
